Help whats wrong acer laptop?

this video is a request for help please can anyone with advice type it into the comment box all comments welcome. what i think i wrong with it A) the screen hinges snapped B) the screen is white when it is turn on any ideas?

i used to hv acer but never will hv it again.
Same thing happened to mine. Next laptop I get is definatley not going to be an acer.
